Roman Rida

Roman Rida

Roman Rida spent over a decade in corporate America helping Fortune 100 companies manage risk, implement cybersecurity solutions, and optimize large-scale systems. But after twelve years of high-pressure enterprise work, he realized he didn’t want to trade time for money anymore.

In 2022, he discovered crypto—and by 2023, decentralized finance completely changed his perspective on wealth. For the first time, he saw a way for anyone, regardless of background, to generate daily cash flow from day one. That realization ignited a mission: to help others achieve financial and time freedom without waiting decades for retirement.

Today, as co-founder of Overseas DeFi, Roman teaches a strategic, risk-managed approach to decentralized finance—one designed to protect capital while generating consistent, automated income.

His goal is simple: to help everyday professionals break free from the traditional system and use DeFi to build sustainable, real-world freedom—right now.

Brandon Diggs is a technologist, educator, and investor with over two decades of experience across automation, robotics, and decentralized finance.

He began his career in semiconductor fabrication and healthcare automation, designing precision robotic systems that shaped his analytical, systems-driven approach to investing. Brandon holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and spent more than 25 years teaching technology and finance, helping others understand and apply complex systems in practical ways.

After achieving financial independence through DeFi, he dedicated himself full-time to researching and teaching on-chain yield strategies. Today, he’s recognized as a DeFi educator and practitioner known for his clear explanations, disciplined strategy design, and deep understanding of liquidity provisioning and delta-neutral mechanics.
